Agreement to terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when engaging with us (e.g., for projects, forms, or readiness score).
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Fees & payment
Project fees, retainers, or subscriptions will be agreed in writing before work begins. Payments are due on the schedule specified in your proposal or invoice.
Currency: All fees are in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client. For clients located outside the United States, fees may be invoiced in local currency at the prevailing exchange rate if mutually agreed.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees exclude applicable taxes, duties, and bank transfer or payment processing charges, which are the client’s responsibility.
Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, completed deliverables are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a project mid-stream, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for work not yet performed.
Intellectual property
All content on our website (text, graphics, code) is owned by AIplify Solutions unless otherwise noted. Client projects remain the property of the client upon full payment, subject to any licensing terms agreed in writing.
Third-party tools
We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Calendly, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for issues or downtime caused by those third parties.
Third-party references
From time to time, this website may reference past employers, clients, organizations, or projects in order to describe the professional experience of AIplify Solutions and its founder(s). These references are provided strictly for informational and illustrative purposes.
Any mention of third-party names, trademarks, or logos does not indicate any current affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of AIplify Solutions. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
