Passenger Communication Tool (2007)

In response to a critical incident at YVR, Pravesh Dookun designed and deployed a web-based communication system within two weeks that leveraged the airport’s digital signage network. Customer service agents could enter a passenger’s name and flight details, which were instantly displayed on pre-security monitors, helping families reconnect quickly.
